In a joint venture with Woodfield Development, this 30,000 square foot site received Final Plan Approval in July 2019 for a 14-story 195,000 sf multifamily building planned for 188 residential units and 10,000 square feet of retail space. Construction started July 2021 with delivery planned for 2023.
